Please download and print each document.  You must complete each form, sign and date, where applicable, and return all pages of the documents to Judy McCord, Human Resource and Licensing Department.  PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE.

You can either fax the documents to 888-658-1993 or e-mail them to HR@coralshoresrealty.com. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-401-7986 x 704.

Upon receipt of the documents, you will be immediately activated with Coral Shores Realty with both DBPR and your local Realtor Association.  Judy will send you an acknowledgement by e-mail.
